Our environment is filled with toxins and these harmful chemicals are absorbed by our body through the air that we breath, the food that we eat and through our skin. Breakfast
For breakfast you should have a cocktail consisting of 4 tablespoons of virgin olive oil, 2 cloves of fresh garlic and juice from one fresh lemon and orange. The ingredients should be placed in a blender.
An hour or so after breakfast, you should consume a herbal tea. A good liver supporting tea can be made from the following.

- 1 part ginger
- 1 part peppermint
- 1 part rosemary
- 1 part rose hips
Brunch
Brunch should be fresh fruit and nothing else. Good suggestions include prunes, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, apples, pears, strawberries and oranges.
Lunch and Dinner
You should eat only vegetables for lunch and dinner. Good suggestions include cruciferous vegetables like cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli and sprouts.
